Surface Pre Treatment Technology

We have both the facilities and the expertise in the application of surface pre-treatments.

We can also offer a range of both common and novel methods, including:

Wet chemistries
Dry abrasives
Flame applied products.

The three types of treatments we can offer include:

Flame Applied Treatment – Which is attracts growing interest in the automotive industry, is the user friendly system which applies complex Siloxane chemistries to surfaces.

Grit Blasting – This allows selective pre-treatment of individual samples or small areas.

Cryoblaster – This CO2 blasting technique can remove coatings, such as paint layers, but is benign to the metal substrate. It is commonly used in aerospace during aircraft servicing.
