Rotrex Winch Testing

Here at Rotrex Winches we specialise in sale, hire & servicing of winches.

One of the services we offer our customers includes Rotrex Winch Testing.

We utilise a variety of winch testing rigs to ensure that all winches are thoroughly tested for their intended applications.

Test rigs we use include:

250Te SWL test bed tests winches & other pulling/lifting equipment either statically or dynamically via a 2-metre stroke hydraulic cylinder

Test rig 1 tests winches with up to 30 tonnes of live load, lifted to a height of 12 metres

Test rig 2 can test up to a 10-tonne load, lifted to a height of 5 metres

Hoist test rig is suitable for testing chain hoists up to 20 tonnes
