The Touchwood AirLock™ is a locking device used in vertical timber sliding sash windows and in vertical sliding sash PVC windows.
The AirLock can be used as both a security and safety device for the window.
The mechanism works by allowing a window to be partly open but at the same time to be locked. The benefit of this is that it allows room ventilation and increased circulation but prevents the window from being fully opened, perfect on those warm summer nights.
It is also ideal in other situations for example, to prevent a small child opening a window fully especially in upper floor windows.
