Standard Swivel Joints

Here at Filton Ltd. we design & manufacture Rotary Unions, Swivel Joints,
Air Breather Filters, Flexible Hoses within the UK and supply our customers worldwide.

One of our products includes Standard Swivel Joints.

Filton swivel joints are available from 1/4" to 2" BSP with a single or double flow facility for a pressure range of 740mm of mercury vacuum to 400 bar.

Sealing is created by using elastomeric 'O' ring seals in the low duty models and PTFE seals in the heavy duty models.

<b>Swivel Joints</b>
A swivel joint is primarily for use on oscillating shafts, but is also suitable for transfering fluids to and from slowly rotating shafts.

Designs vary from simple knuckle joints, without independant bearings to models containing double row ball bearings for heavier duty.
