ARL/35 FQ is a white soft natural rubber specifically 

compounded for plant lining applications where the

lining material will be in contact with foodstuffs. The
material is formulated in accordance with the F.D.A.
regulations section 177-2600, and the B.G.A.
recommendation XX1 categories 1-4. ARL/35 FQ
has good chemical and abrasion resistance.

Temperature Range:- 20o to 70oC (Depending upon application) 

Specific Gravity:1.05

Hardness:35o + 5o SHORE ‘A’

Tensile Strength:16.0 MPa.

Elongation At Break:825 %

 

Compression Set:N/A

 

Electrical Resistivity:> 1012 ohm – cm

Typical Applications: Hoppers, chutes, coating pans, tanks and agitators etc. in the food industry, and other applications where the rubber lining must not taint or colour the product.
