About Expedient First Aid

Expedient First Aid provides practical and progressive training. We ensure that all our trainees know what they need to know; when and how to use their skills most effectively and to always keep first aid as simple as possible.

Rescue Emergency Care is an awarding body approved by the HSE and they certify all Expedient First Aid courses. We beleive that the best way to learn something is to do it, all our courses feature a mixture of practical first aid scenarios and classroom sessions to suit all types of learners.
