Here at P&J Dust Extraction we specialise in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of dust and fume extraction systems. Following installation we provide LEV commissioning, machine maintenance and LEV statutory testing for all types of extraction systems.

Our machine maintenance service covers a wide range of equipment including woodworking, metalworking and heat treatment equipment in Design and Technology departments.

Our machinery maintainance service includes:

• Electrical and mechanical servicing to manufacturers’ requirements
• Safety devices and guards checks and adjustments
• All machines oiled, greased and tolerances checked and set
• All electrical connections, flexes, conduits, isolators and emergency stops checked for integrity and operation
• Compliance assessment for compliance with the relevant safety legislation and guidance
• Heat treatment equipment including forges, brazing hearths and casting crucibles are fully serviced and checked in accordance with Gas Installations for Educational Establishments: IGE/UP/11
