It is becoming more common for Insurance companies to expect that inspection & testing has been carried out on any fixed wiring installations & that these installations meet the recommendations laid down in BS7671:2008 & Guidance Note 3.
Electrical faults in the fixed wiring or appliances plugged in to it can cause fires in premises. We conduct periodic inspections for fixed installations & PAT testing & inspection for connected appliances to minimise the risk of fire.
