Labino UVG Range of UV LED Torches

Advanced NDT Ltd is pleased to announce that due to increased production volumes; prices have been substantially reduced making these UV LED Torches one of the most sensible, cost effective and practical choice for a wide range of inspection tasks.

The Labino UVG range of UV LED torches, offer a range of beam profiles (Flood, Mid or Spot) with corresponding UV intensities, to suit all tasks, from illuminating an area with a Floodlight (2500µW/cm²) to projecting a beam into a pipe or vessel, using the Spot Light (25,000µW/cm²).

Emitting UV at 365nm and with practically no white light, these torches are compliant with the majority of current industry standards.

One of the benefits to the Labino UVG range of UV LED torches is that they are lightweight, robust and small in size without compromising on quality, making them the ideal choice for inspection in areas where access is difficult.   Head Light Torches are also available which offer totally “hands-free” operation. 

Full UV power is reached instantly.  At full charge each battery provides up to 3 hours of use and can be recharged from a normal outlet or vehicle with included chargers. The kit also includes an extra battery so with a simple swap of the battery, operating time can easily be doubled. The battery charger has the additional benefit of being able to recharge both batteries simultaneously or individually as required.  The UVG2 & UVG3 Torches are equipped with a current regulator to keep the intensity stable when the battery does begin to fade.
